DISCUSSION:
I am posting this show for several reasons. First, is for the memory of drummer Sib Hashion. Second is that Boston was my first show ever recorded and posted here on DIME (2007). Lastly, is the hypocrisy of Tom Scholz (to me).
NC has been passed over several times by bands, including Boston due to HB2 law. Although I understand the issues, Tom continues to play in Japan. He is an AVID supporter of Sea Wolf that helps to prevent the slaughter of whales by mostly Japanese fisherman for the sake of "research".
As you can tell by the show he continues to support that project with proceeds of his greatest hits sales. That was my rant of the moment.
Nonetheless, I recorded them in 2007 (Greenville, SC) for the first time to ever record a show. This time I did it to a multisource IEM matrix. 8 sources were used in this mix (10 total). 6 stereo and two mono mic feeds.
The show is fun for the ears. At the end when everyone is leaving during encore, there is minimal and slightly noticable interference on the song "I think I like It". OTherwise, I think all issues were minimized or removed.
Enjoy the show.
As mentioned before, Wireless may not be your thing. Please be respectful of comments and please do not SELL, nor , REMASTER, nor POST on alternative sites without asking.
