A very good sounding FM broadcast. Quality is almost flawless save for some occasional slight distortion of vocals and music. I'm afraid I don't know the venue of this performance, sorry.
I touched up the artwork images a little bit in Photoshop CS6, rotating as necessary to get it to look centered and using the clone stamp tool to reduce blemishes. The result isn't perfect since I only spent about 45 minutes total on all artwork scans, but I think it's a lot better than leaving them untouched. A smaller version of the front artwork is in the main torrent folder.
